Grand Kecubung Hotel, Pangkalan Bun

My stay at the hotel was a truly enjoyable experience overall. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options, and the staff was incredibly professional and attentive. However, I did notice some areas that needed improvement, like the restaurant's limited operating hours and a few dirty dishes left unattended in common areas. The hotel is definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

I had an incredible stay! The hotel is really the best in town with exceptional breakfast options and incredibly friendly staff who made my family and I feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous pool. However, the shift in the coffee service was a bit disappointing, and the Wi-Fi was not included, which could be better.
